Jeff Day, co-owner of SPOGA Fitness is the founder of Ballin4OPTIONS. Jeff is very passionate about help-ing people with disabilities live healthier, more active lifestyles. OPTIONS mission is to help people with disabilities live and work in the community. Proceeds from this event will benefit the OPTIONS Enrich-ment – Wellness and Transportation programs, which provides recreation in the community for over 100 people with disabilities every week. The goals of this program include promoting healthier lifestyles, building self-esteem, and increasing social interaction for independence and community involvement.
