The purpose of the Employee Referral Program is to hire quality staff to care for the individuals served by OPTIONS.
OPTIONS believes that their staff is their most valuable resource. We believe in our staff’s ability to assist OPTIONS in finding qualified and caring applicants. Our hope is to reward staff that are concerned about the welfare of our agency and participants.
Employee Golden Ticket Referral Program Guidelines and Criteria
Information must be submitted to Human Resources on the Applicant Referral Form. You may call Human Resources to verbally submit information who will transfer information to the Applicant Referral Form. You may also obtain form from the Front Desk.
Applicants must be referred for open positions only.
Referred applicants must meet the qualifications of the position including ability to work shifts available.
No information will be given regarding the reasons applicants are not hired.
Referring employees must have successfully completed orientation and be actively employed and in good standing to qualify for Referral Program Rewards.
Referrals are only valid for 90 days.
If multiple referrals are submitted for the same applicant from different staff; the form received by Human Resources first will be processed for rewards.
The referral form MUST be submitted prior to the applicant’s first interview.
Referring Employee must remain in good standing to receive rewards established.
Referral Program Rewards are as follows
Referral Completed 2 full periods
Once Referral is hired and completed two full pay periods. Referring employee will receive a $50.00 check. Newly hired employee must be in good standing.
3rd Month (based on new hire date)
Referring employee will receive a check for $75.00 if the new hire they referred is still employed and in good standing.
6th Month (based on new hire date)
Referring employee will receive a check for $100.00 if the new hire they referred is still employed and in good standing.
NOTE. Rewards will be tracked by hire date and submitted to Accounts Payable for processing.
